Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains how Tueri Systems handles information associated with use of this website and inquiries sent to Tueri.
Scope
This policy applies to information associated with this website and communications initiated through it, including email sent to contact@tuerisystems.com.
It does not automatically govern customer engagements or other separately contracted services. A customer engagement may also be subject to separately agreed contractual, privacy, or security terms that apply to information handled in that engagement.
Information you provide
When you contact Tueri, you may provide information such as:
- your name
- your email address
- your organization
- a subject
- the content of your message
You decide what to include. The inquiry form’s email option asks for a name, an email address and a message; writing to Tueri directly requires none of them.
The website does not save or transmit what you type into the inquiry form. It stays in your browser until you send it yourself by email, reload the page or leave it.
Contacting Tueri
Currently
- You can write to Tueri at contact@tuerisystems.com.
- Online submission of the inquiry form is not enabled. The form does not send information to Tueri’s servers or to any other service.
- When you choose “Email Tueri”, the page uses the details you entered to prepare a message in your own email application. Nothing is sent until you send that message yourself.
- Once sent, the message travels through your email provider and Tueri’s email provider, as any email does.
Email may pass through systems outside Tueri’s control and should not be treated as a secure channel. Please do not send passwords, private keys, authentication secrets or other credentials. Sensitive technical material can be exchanged through an appropriate channel after contact is established.
If online submission is enabled later
If Tueri enables direct online form submission in the future, this policy will be updated to describe the information transmitted, the service providers involved, retention, abuse-prevention controls and other relevant handling before or when that feature is enabled.
How information is used
Tueri uses information from inquiries to:
- read and respond to your inquiry
- understand the service or question involved
- communicate with you about the inquiry
- keep business and security records where reasonably necessary
- protect the website and Tueri’s systems from misuse
Contacting Tueri does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Technical information
Delivering a website involves infrastructure that processes technical information about each request. The hosting and security providers that deliver this site may process information such as:
- your IP address
- the time of the request
- the page or file requested
- browser and device information (the user agent)
- the response status
- security or abuse-related events
This processing is needed to serve the site and protect it from misuse. The website’s own code does not add visitor logging or profiling.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process network and request information to deliver, secure and operate it.
Service providers and disclosure
Tueri relies on service providers for some functions:
- Email. Messages sent to contact@tuerisystems.com are received and stored by Tueri’s email service provider, Microsoft, through Microsoft 365.
- Website hosting, delivery and site analytics. Cloudflare, as described under Technical information and Cookies, analytics and advertising.
Tueri may share information with service providers when necessary to operate its communications and the website. Service providers may process information in the locations where they operate.
Tueri may also disclose information where required by applicable law, to respond to lawful process, or to protect Tueri, its users or its systems from fraud, abuse or security threats.
Retention
Tueri retains inquiry-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, protect systems, or meet legal and contractual obligations.
Security
Tueri uses reasonable technical and administrative measures intended to protect information within its control. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Email may pass through systems outside Tueri’s control. Do not send passwords, private keys, authentication secrets or other credentials by email.
Children
This website and Tueri’s services are intended for organizations and professional users. They are not directed to children, and Tueri does not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
You can choose what to include in an inquiry, and you do not need to use the inquiry form to contact Tueri.
You may contact Tueri to ask about personal information associated with an inquiry, request correction, or ask that information be deleted where appropriate. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, contractual or recordkeeping reasons.
Changes to this policy
Tueri may update this policy as the website, services or information-handling practices change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
