Terms of Use
Last updated:
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Tueri Systems website. Separate terms may apply to services or customer engagements.
Scope
These Terms govern use of this website only. They do not by themselves define the terms of any customer engagement. Services provided by Tueri may be subject to separately agreed written terms.
The website is intended for organizations and professional users and is not directed to children.
Website information
Content on this site is provided for general information. It describes Tueri and the work it does.
Information on this site is general and is not advice for any particular organization or situation.
No customer relationship
Using this website, sending an email, or submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a customer, consulting or service relationship. An engagement begins only when Tueri and the customer separately agree to the work.
Contacting Tueri
Website and service inquiries can be sent to contact@tuerisystems.com. Online submission of the inquiry form is not currently enabled; its “Email Tueri” option prepares a message in your own email application, and nothing is sent until you send it.
Sending an inquiry does not guarantee a response or that Tueri will take on the work.
The website and public contact address should not be relied on as an emergency reporting, incident-response or time-critical support channel unless Tueri has separately agreed to provide such a service.
Do not send passwords, private keys, authentication secrets or other credentials through the public contact address.
Information sent to Tueri is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
When using the website, do not:
- interfere with its operation, or intentionally overload or disrupt it
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it
- probe, scan or test the site for vulnerabilities without authorization
- upload or send malware or other harmful content
- use the site for unlawful activity
- impersonate another person or organization
Ordinary browsing, including viewing page source or using accessibility and developer tools in your own browser, is not restricted by this section.
Tueri may take reasonable action to protect the site, including blocking abusive requests, limiting access, investigating misuse and preserving security-related records where appropriate.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the website’s original text, branding, logo, layout, graphics and other Tueri-created materials are owned by or licensed to Tueri Systems.
You may view and use the site for lawful informational and business purposes, including printing or saving pages for internal reference and sharing links. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the site for commercial republication or present Tueri content as your own without permission.
Use of Tueri’s name or marks does not create or imply an affiliation, endorsement or partnership.
Third-party names and trademarks referenced on the site remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services and links
The website refers to third-party providers, such as Microsoft 365 and Cloudflare, and may link to external resources. Third-party sites and services are controlled by their owners. Tueri does not control their availability, content or privacy practices, and a reference or link does not by itself mean endorsement.
Website availability
Tueri may update, change, suspend or remove parts of the website. Tueri does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website.
No website warranty
The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis for general information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tueri does not make warranties regarding the website’s uninterrupted availability, the completeness of its content, or the fitness of that content for a particular purpose.
This section concerns the website only. It does not describe the terms of any separately agreed service.
Limits relating to website use
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tueri is not responsible for losses resulting solely from reliance on general website content where no separate engagement exists.
Changes to these Terms
Tueri may update these Terms as the website or its practices change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
